About the role
We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Website Growth Front-End Developer to build and strengthen the digital experiences that represent Serein online. This role sits at the intersection of front-end development, design execution and website performance, with a strong focus on creating landing pages, microsites, campaign pages and interactive web experiences for Serein.
You will work closely with the design, marketing and content teams to turn ideas, mock-ups and Figma files into polished, responsive builds that work seamlessly across desktop and mobile. Beyond execution, this role is about building pages that perform well, with careful attention to speed, usability, interactivity and conversion.
We are looking for someone who enjoys making websites feel sharper, faster and more engaging. From gamified interactions and animated sections to clean responsive layouts and performance optimisation, you will help shape a web presence that is visually strong, technically robust and built to drive results.
Front-end development & website execution
Build and maintain high-quality landing pages, campaign pages, microsites, and other website experiences on WordPress + Elementor.
Translate design direction, wireframes, mockups, or Figma files into polished, responsive builds across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
Extend Elementor using custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript where needed to achieve stronger interactions and better design fidelity.
Interactive web experiences
- Create strong, engaging, and conversion-focused web pages with lightweight animations, gamified moments, dynamic sections, calculators, gated journeys, and interactive user flows.
- Improve the overall interaction quality of Serein’s web pages through thoughtful decisions around typography, spacing, layout, transitions, hierarchy, and usability.
- Help bring a more premium, modern, and high-performing front-end experience to serein.inc.
Performance, responsiveness & optimisation
- Ensure all pages are fast, smooth, and technically robust, with a strong focus on speed optimisation, responsiveness, and usability.
- Optimise pages for Core Web Vitals, accessibility, mobile-first behaviour, and cross-browser consistency.
- Run website audits to identify layout issues, weak mobile experiences, slow-loading sections, broken elements, and missed performance opportunities.
SEO, GEO & discoverability
- Own strong front-end implementation of on-page and technical SEO foundations including metadata, heading structure, internal linking, image optimisation, schema, page speed, crawlability, and content hierarchy.
- Help improve GEO/AEO readiness by making page structures more semantically clear, well-organised, and easier for AI-led search and answer engines to interpret.
- Support the improvement of organic visibility and discoverability through high-quality implementation.
Collaboration & growth
- Work closely with Marketing, Content, Design, and leadership teams to launch pages that are on-brand, interactive, and high-performing.
- Track page performance across engagement, traffic, conversion, rankings, and speed metrics, and use those insights to improve execution.
- Continuously improve reusable website components, templates, and front-end workflows so the site becomes easier to build, easier to scale, and more consistent in quality.
You have
- 2–5 years of experience in front-end development, web experience development, marketing website builds, or similar roles.
- Strong working knowledge of WordPress and Elementor.
- Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive front-end development.
- A good eye for design, especially in spacing, typography, hierarchy, layout behaviour, and clean modern interfaces.
- Experience building landing pages, microsites, and other website experiences with strong UX and conversion thinking.
- Practical understanding of performance optimisation, Core Web Vitals, accessibility, and mobile-first execution.
- Working knowledge of technical SEO and how front-end implementation affects discoverability and performance.
- Familiarity with GEO/AEO concepts and how structured page design supports AI-era search visibility.
- Comfortable using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, heatmaps, experimentation tools, and page testing tools.
- Ability to work independently, troubleshoot quickly, and move from idea to execution with minimal hand-holding.
