About the role

We’re looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to strengthen our digital presence and build engagement across key social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, publishing, and monitoring content that reflects Serein’s brand, thought leadership, products, and workplace culture expertise.

 

This role requires someone who can combine content strategy, storytelling, design sensibility, and analytics to grow Serein’s online presence and support business objectives.

 

This is a part-time role at approximately 15–20 hours per week (flexible).

Develop and own the content strategy

  • Develop and maintain a weekly/monthly social media content calendar.
  • Create platform-specific content strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Identify relevant industry trends, conversations, and opportunities for engagement.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders on ongoing marketing initiatives and campaigns, and develop content strategies.

Create and manage content across platforms

  • Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms.
  • Draft social media copy, captions, and thought leadership content.
  • Design visual content on Canva, Figma, and other tools that align with the brand’s style guide and the campaign’s direction.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather content, updates, and success stories.
  • Repurpose blogs, webinars, case studies, reports, podcasts, and events into social media content.

Build and engage the community

  • Monitor comments, messages, and audience interactions.
  • Respond to engagement in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support initiatives to increase audience growth and community engagement.
  • Grow Serein’s presence in relevant groups on platforms.

Track performance and optimise

  • Monitor social media performance and key metrics.
  • Prepare monthly reports highlighting engagement, reach, follower growth, and campaign performance.
  • Provide recommendations for content optimisation and audience growth.

Strengthen the brand

  • Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity across platforms.
  • Support employer branding and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to showcase Serein’s expertise, team, products, and client impact.

You have

  • 3–5 years of experience managing social media accounts and content strategies for brands, startups, agencies, or mission-driven organisations.
  • Demonstrated experience managing LinkedIn and Instagram, with familiarity across other social platforms.
  • Strong content writing, storytelling, and copywriting skills.
  • Experience using social media analytics tools and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Familiarity with content creation tools such as Canva, Figma, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Passion for workplace culture, diversity, equity, inclusion, wellbeing, and social impact is a plus.
  • Founder branding experience, B2B content, AI tools (ChatGPT, Canva AI, Claude, etc.), and employer branding content are preferred.
