About the role

We’re looking for a high-energy, tech-savvy Sales Director to lead our growth in the US and UK markets. This is a strategic, hands-on role where you’ll define our global sales approach, open doors with mid-market and enterprise clients, and drive revenue in two of our most important regions.

 

You will report directly to the CEO as we scale our operations in the UK and US. 

 

You will combine creative outbound tactics with sharp inbound qualification, act as a trusted consultant to decision-makers, and represent Serein as a thought leader in the future-of-work and learning space.

 

Drive Serein’s global sales strategy

  • Own and execute a scalable sales strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Identify high-value opportunities and prioritize accounts that benefit most from Serein’s solutions.

Master outbound and inbound sales

  • Build and curate targeted mid-market prospect lists using Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and more.
  • Craft hyper-personalized outreach sequences that cut through the noise and spark meaningful conversations.

Build relationships

  • Build strong rapport with champions, influencers, and C-suite decision-makers.
  • Guide stakeholders with clarity and confidence to accelerate deal cycles and strengthen partnerships.

Lead with a consultative approach

  • Deliver engaging, tailored demos that showcase how Serein transforms learning, compliance, and culture.
  • Develop compelling proposals and articulate ROI with confidence.

Pipeline ownership & forecasting

  • Maintain a clean, organised pipeline with full transparency in the CRM.
  • Forecast reliably, track deal progress, and provide actionable insights to leadership.

Be a visible industry expert

  • Engage on social channels, join discussions, and help position Serein as a thought leader in the e-learning and workplace culture domains.

You have

  • 3+ years of experience selling and closing enterprise learning solutions
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets in a high-growth environment
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities
  • Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution skills
  • Experience with sales tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, LinkedIn) and sales analytics platforms
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams
