Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Leadership

  • Define and execute Serein’s global sales strategy aligned with organizational goals.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team with a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
  • Set clear targets, monitor performance, and ensure consistent revenue growth across regions.
  • Partner with the leadership team to refine go-to-market strategies, pricing models, and expansion plans.

Business Development & Growth

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in key international markets.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, driving both enterprise and mid-market growth.
  • Negotiate complex deals with C-level stakeholders, ensuring long-term client value and partnership.
  • Lead strategic partnerships and alliances to expand market presence.

Client & Market Intelligence

  • Develop a deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
  • Translate insights into actionable strategies for positioning and differentiation.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product teams to refine messaging and drive demand generation initiatives.

Revenue & Forecasting

  • Own the sales forecast, pipeline management, and revenue planning processes.
  • Establish metrics and reporting frameworks to track sales performance and ROI.
  • Drive operational excellence through data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

You have

  • 10–15 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Enterprise Sales, preferably in SaaS, learning, or technology-driven solutions.s.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets in a high-growth environment.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills, with experience managing diverse and distributed sales teams.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
  • Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) and sales analytics platforms.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams.
