Responsibilities
Hiring & Onboarding
- Manage the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing and screening to interviews and offer rollouts.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure strong, culture-aligned hires.
- Drive a seamless onboarding experience that helps new hires hit the ground running.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of freelance facilitators, subject matter experts, and associate consultants.
- Own employer branding touchpoints, including how Serein shows up on job boards and in candidate conversations.
Employee Engagement & Development
- Design and execute employee development plans and annual performance reviews.
- Track and act on engagement signals among a team of global employees.
- Champion culture internally.
- Lead engagement initiatives that make Serein a great place to work.
- Foster collaboration across geographies, ensuring that distributed teams feel connected, informed, and working toward shared goals.
- Ensure that people processes are applied consistently and fairly across all locations and employment types.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Draft and manage employment agreements (full-time, contractor, consultant) and ensure compliance.
- Maintain accurate employee documentation and HR records.
- Own the HR calendar like probation reviews, contract renewals and appraisal cycles.
- Build and iterate on HR policies as the organisation scales across geographies.
CEO Operations
- Coordinate scheduling, key communications, and strategic priorities for the CEO.
- Support cross-functional projects and ensure alignment across teams.
You have
- Atleast 4 years of experience in HR, operations, or similar roles.
- Startup experience preferred—you know how to thrive in fast-moving, dynamic environments.
- Exceptional organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A self-starter mindset and a bias for action.
