Founder’s Office Associate

Founder's Office Associate

About us

Serein is one of the fastest-growing innovators in the e-learning space. More than 500 organisations across 35 countries rely on our platform to train employees and leaders, helping them build safer workplaces, collaborate better, and boost productivity.

We are on a mission to make learning at work simple, impactful, and human.

If you’re excited by the idea of shaping how the world learns, this is your chance to join a company that’s scaling fast, thinks boldly, and builds with purpose.

About the role

The Founder’s Office Associate is a high-accountability, high-exposure role. You’ll work directly with Serein’s CEO and Founder, learning and getting an opportunity to work with some of the biggest companies across the world.

You’ll be expected to switch between multiple hats and bring strong judgment to a variety of situations. If you thrive in ambiguity and want experience in every aspect of running a fast-growing company, this role is for you.

Strategic communications

  • Help maintain consistency in Serein’s tone and voice across channels, flagging where content needs founder or team review before going out.

  • Draft and coordinate copy across formats: pitch decks, award applications, proposals, client communications, newsletters, and reports.

  • Coordinate with the marketing team on campaigns and broader brand initiatives, ensuring founder-led content stays aligned.

Business development & partnerships

  • Schedule and prepare briefing notes for calls with prospective clients, partners, and industry contacts.

  • Support proposal development and pipeline tracking.

  • Support logistics and documentation for external events, conferences, and speaking engagements.

  • Research and track new business opportunities, industry trends, and potential partnerships.

Operations & Founder support

  • Coordinate scheduling, key communications, and strategic priorities for the Founder.

  • Support cross-functional projects and ensure alignment across teams.

  • Prepare briefing notes, research summaries, and one-pagers for meetings, conferences and external calls.

  • Manage timelines between internal teams and external stakeholders where needed.

  • Support ad-hoc tasks for the Founder.

Founder branding & social media

  • Own end-to-end strategy and execution of the Founder’s personal brand across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.

  • Draft and coordinate founder-voice content: LinkedIn posts, thought leadership pieces, event recaps, and commentary on industry trends.

  • Maintain a content calendar for the Founder, balancing personal brand, company milestones, and industry conversation.

  • Repurpose speaking engagements, panels, podcasts, and client work into founder-branded content.

  • Track engagement and growth on founder channels, and recommend adjustments based on performance.

  • Monitor comments and messages on founder accounts, flagging what needs a personal response.

You have

  • At least 3 years of experience in a generalist, founder’s office, or a growth role.

  • You know how to thrive in fast-moving, dynamic environments.

  • Exceptional organisational skills: comfortable managing multiple workstreams at once.

  • Strong written communication: you draft posts, briefs, and documents that don’t need to be rewritten.

  • Comfort building and executing social/content strategy, with an eye for what makes founder-led content land.

  • Sharp judgment: you know when to act independently and when to escalate.

Key attributes

  • Strategic thinker who can connect the dots across people, projects, and priorities.

  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with a knack for bringing structure to ambiguity.

  • Clear and confident communicator across written, verbal, and visual formats.

  • Proactive self-starter who takes ownership and drives initiatives to completion.

  • Trusted partner who exercises sound judgment, discretion, and confidentiality.

  • Adaptable and resourceful, able to switch seamlessly between strategy and execution.

  • Curious and growth-oriented, always looking to learn and improve how things work.

  • Collaborative and empathetic team player who influences through relationships, not hierarchy.

  • You own your work end-to-end and don’t wait for someone to chase you.

If you think you have these skills, or experience similar to this, we’d still love to hear from you – even if it’s not a perfect fit. This is a role that will grow with you as you gain experience

Why should you join us?

At Serein, you’ll join a mission-driven, fast-growing team that’s reshaping how organizations learn, grow, and build cultures of safety, inclusion, and belonging. You’ll work on meaningful projects with real-world impact, collaborate with a forward-thinking global team, and enjoy the autonomy and ownership that come with being part of a dynamic startup. This role offers the opportunity to grow your career, influence our go-to-market strategy, and help define Serein’s next stage of scale—all while contributing to a product that makes learning at work more simple, human, and impactful.
