Responsibilities

Executive Support

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel schedules with precision and foresight.
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure timely follow-ups on action items.
  • Draft, review, and organise correspondence, presentations, and internal documents.
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.

Operational Coordination

  • Support day-to-day operational tasks, helping streamline workflows and processes.
  • Assist in planning and coordination of key projects, events, and meetings.
  • Maintain key records, reports, and documentation with confidentiality and accuracy.

Communication & Organization

  • Manage internal communications and ensure information flows seamlessly across teams.
  • Help track project deadlines, deliverables, and priorities for leadership.
  • Anticipate needs, identify bottlenecks, and proactively suggest improvements.

You have

  • 1–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or in a similar administrative role.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • High attention to detail and comfort working with sensitive information.

  • Tech-savvy and proficient with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Zoom, etc.).

  • A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and act independentl

  • Prior experience supporting senior leadership or founders is a plus.
