Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel schedules with precision and foresight.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure timely follow-ups on action items.
- Draft, review, and organise correspondence, presentations, and internal documents.
- Serve as a reliable point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
Operational Coordination
- Support day-to-day operational tasks, helping streamline workflows and processes.
- Assist in planning and coordination of key projects, events, and meetings.
- Maintain key records, reports, and documentation with confidentiality and accuracy.
Communication & Organization
- Manage internal communications and ensure information flows seamlessly across teams.
- Help track project deadlines, deliverables, and priorities for leadership.
- Anticipate needs, identify bottlenecks, and proactively suggest improvements.
You have
1–3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Operations Coordinator, or in a similar administrative role.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and comfort working with sensitive information.
Tech-savvy and proficient with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Zoom, etc.).
A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and act independentl
Prior experience supporting senior leadership or founders is a plus.
