We’re looking for a Content Strategist & Learning Storyteller who can turn complex workplace topics into compelling narratives, interactive learning journeys and insightful thought leadership. Part journalist, part strategist and part storyteller, you’ll help shape both what we teach and how we communicate our expertise to clients and the wider market.
The role
You’ll work at the intersection of learning, storytelling and thought leadership.
One week, you might develop a branching scenario that teaches managers how to navigate workplace misconduct. The next, you could interview experts and write a white paper on the future of AI ethics in the workplace. You will create content that is intellectually rigorous, commercially relevant and genuinely engaging.
What you will do
Learning content & storytelling
- Write storyboards for digital learning programmes and interactive training modules.
- Design realistic workplace scenarios, characters and decision-making journeys.
- Transform complex concepts in compliance, ethics, AI governance, cybersecurity, collaboration and productivity into engaging learning experiences.
- Develop gamified learning concepts that improve participation, retention and behavioural change.
- Work closely with instructional designers, subject-matter experts and product teams.
Editorial strategy
- Produce white papers, research reports, executive briefs and insight articles.
- Translate research, data and subject-matter expertise into compelling narratives.
- Help establish Serein as a trusted voice on workplace culture, governance, ethics and organisational effectiveness.
- Develop content that supports business development, marketing and customer engagement.
Research & insights
- Monitor emerging trends in workplace learning, AI, compliance, culture and leadership.
- Identify themes and insights that can be developed into courses, reports and campaigns.
- Bring intellectual depth and journalistic rigour to all content.
What we are looking for
- Min 3 years of experience in journalism, content strategy, editorial, research, communications or a related field.
- Outstanding writing and storytelling abilities.
- Experience translating complex subjects into accessible, engaging content.
- Strong interviewing, research and synthesis skills.
- Ability to write for multiple formats, from learning scenarios to executive-level reports.
- Excellent editorial judgment and attention to detail.
