Responsibilities

Hiring & Onboarding

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing and screening to interviews and offer rollouts.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure strong, culture-aligned hires.
  • Drive a seamless onboarding experience that helps new hires hit the ground running.

Employee Engagement & Development

  • Design and execute employee development plans and annual performance reviews.
  • Lead engagement initiatives that make Serein a great place to work.

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Draft and manage employment agreements (full-time, contractor, consultant) and ensure compliance.
  • Maintain accurate employee documentation and HR records.

CEO Operations

  • Coordinate scheduling, key communications, and strategic priorities for the CEO.
  • Support cross-functional projects and ensure alignment across teams.

You have

  • 5+ years of experience in HR, operations, or similar roles.
  • Startup experience preferred—you know how to thrive in fast-moving, dynamic environments.
  • Exceptional organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • A self-starter mindset and a bias for action.
