This course helps participants recognise how these ideas form and how they show up in daily interactions. Using short gamified scenarios and quizzes, learners reflect on common workplace situations and practise seeing people’s strengths beyond labels. They also learn simple habits like asking open questions, checking assumptions, and giving feedback based on evidence. The goal is not perfection but awareness, enabling teams to work with openness, curiosity, and mutual respect.
