Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled animator and visual designer to create compelling and visually engaging animations for e-learning courses. This role is project-based, focusing on designing animations that align with educational content and enhance the learner’s experience. You will collaborate closely with our content experts and the design team to ensure high-quality output within the project’s timeline.
The ideal candidate for this position would be a creative professional with a strong background in animation for educational content. You should be passionate about creating engaging, inclusive, and accessible animations that enhance the learning experience. You’re detail-oriented, meet deadlines with ease, and can adapt your creative style to fit different client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create interactive animations and designs to support e-learning content.
- Collaborate with content experts and designers to align animations and designs with client objectives.
- Ensure visuals are optimised for different digital platforms and devices.
- Maintain a high level of creativity while adhering to project guidelines and deadlines.
- Ensure all deliverables are inclusive, accessible, and representative of diverse audiences.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of work experience in design, bonus if in educational or e-learning content.
- Proficiency in industry standard design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Animate CC Illustrator, Figma, Procreate, Canva etc.
- Proficiency in video editing applications such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects iMovie etc.
- At Serein, we are not bound to softwares- rather focus on making creative and engaging visuals backed with sound design thinking and principles
- Ability to deliver animations and designs within the set timelines.
- Strong collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
- Strong commitment to meeting deadlines—able to deliver work on time without requesting deadline extensions.

Position Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced PoSH and DEI Expert to join our team. This role will be key in developing impactful content on PoSH and DEI, facilitating engaging sessions, serving as an external member and helping our clients build sustainable PoSH and DEI strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitation
- Facilitate DEI and PoSH workshops and training sessions, both virtual and in-person.
- Facilitate discussions around sensitive topics such as unconscious bias, equity in the workplace, cultural competency, and more.
- Create a safe and inclusive environment for participants to engage, share, and learn.
External Member of PoSH
- Serve as an External Member to clients’ Internal Complaints Committees for handling PoSH cases, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and providing expert advice.
- Offer recommendations on PoSH policies and practices that align with organisational goals.
Research and Analysis
- Stay informed on global DEI and PoSH trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Conduct research and leverage data to develop actionable insights that drive these initiatives forward.
PoSH & DE&I Content Development
- Create comprehensive training materials, presentations, and toolkits for diverse industries and organisational levels.
- Design and develop content ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Update and refine existing content to reflect current trends, research, and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to customise the content to suit specific organisational needs.
Qualifications
- Good to Have: Experience in DEI and PoSH, with a focus on training, content development, and facilitation.
- Preferred: Demonstrated experience in successfully facilitating PoSH and/or DE&I sessions.
- Strong understanding of key DEI concepts and in-depth knowledge of PoSH legislation, compliance, and best practices.
- A degree in social sciences, HR, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

- Manage the entire recruitment cycle—from sourcing to screening, interviewing, and offer rollouts.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure quality hires.
- Facilitate a seamless interview coordination and onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring smooth integration into the organization.
Employee Engagement & HR Operations
- Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture.
- Act as a point of contact for employees, ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly
- Aligning the solutions with our company policy and employee handbook.
- Organize team-building activities, engagement surveys, and feedback mechanisms.
HR Documentation & Compliance
- Draft and manage employment agreements (Full-time, Contractor, Consultant) and ensure legal compliance.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

- 8-10 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on hiring and employee engagement.
- Prior startup experience is a plus.

We’re looking for a Sales Director to join our leadership team and drive Serein’s next phase of growth globally. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, relationship-building, and execution. You’ll lead our B2B sales efforts, shape our go-to-market approach, and build lasting partnerships with global clients who are serious about evolving how work works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own revenue growth across Serein’s three solution pillars: Comply, Ignite, and Foster
- Drive global sales efforts, leveraging your understanding of cross-regional client dynamics and decision-making structures
- Develop and implement a strategic sales roadmap aligned with business goals, industry trends, and client needs
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, delivery, and leadership teams
- Build trusted relationships with CHROs, DEI heads, L&D teams, and business leaders
- Identify new markets and opportunities, and co-create tailored proposals that speak to business impact
- Represent Serein externally, from pitches and events to conferences and panel discussions
Qualifications
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience, with 5+ in a leadership role
- Strong track record of selling consulting services or learning solutions to enterprise clients
- Understanding of organizational change, people strategy, or DEI is a strong plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, values-driven environment
